Enrollment for 2017-2018
New Youth members:
For youth that have never been in the 4-H program. Please visit https://california.4honline.com and follow the online steps.
Returning Youth members:
For the 2017-2018 year, all families will enroll themselves into the 4honline system https://california.4honline.com by the club's deadline.
New Adult volunteers - (that have never been enrolled in 4-H)
New Adult volunteers will need to complete a series of steps.
Step 1 - Create a new account at https://campus.extension.org/
Step 2 - Get the County Access code by filling out this survey:http://ucanr.edu/survey/survey.cfm?surveynumber=20474
Step 3. Log back into https://campus.extension.org/ and in the search box type in "california volunteer" and click go. Make sure you select "California New Volunteer Trianing"
Step 4 - Once the required videos have been watched please go and have your fingerprints taken by downloading this form Fingerprint Form 2015 Revised
Step 5 - visit https://california.4honline.com and enroll in 4-H.
Returning Adult volunteers (for all adults who are re-enrolling from last year)
For the 2016-2017 year, all adults will enroll themselves into the 4honline system by the club's deadline by visiting california.4honline.com.
To meet the national standards of child safety, ALL retuning adult volunteers will take part in watching 2 training videos as part of the online enrollment process. These will need to be done first in the process steps.
To view the the two training videos please visit https://campus.extension.org/ and create a new account. In order to register for the courses you will need a county code, the county code can be accessed by taking the following survey: http://ucanr.edu/survey/survey.cfm?surveynumber=20474
Once you receive your county code log back into https://campus.extension.org in the search box type "California Volunteer" and click "Go" make sure you choose the Returning Volunteers training.

Modification of Enrollment:
- To add or delete a project from your current enrollment, use the Monterey County 4-H Program Project Update Form
- To enroll in a project that is being offered in a club other than your own, use the Monterey County 4-H Program Inter-Club Project Agreement
- To request a transfer to enroll in a different club within Monterey County, use the Monterey County 4-H Program Request for Club Transfer

4-H members may be dually enrolled in FFA and the 4-H program. To provide good communication between the 2 programs, please fill out this form and send to the 4-H offices.

Please note that these changes are not valid until the forms are recorded at the 4-H Office. No changes to enrollment information will be made without necessary signatures.
